For most merchandise Processing requires 2-7 Business Days before your package is actually shipped.
For Oracle decks please allow 10 - 21 days for processing and shipping.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, lost packages, natural disasters, theft or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday - Sunday may not begin processing until Tuesday. If a holiday is on a Monday, processing will be delayed an extra day or two.
All Physical orders $100+ will require a signature.
All orders $150+ may be subject to further verification.

PROCESSING TIME FOR PRINTING COMPANY TO FINISH IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE TRACKING IS PROVIDED. PLEASE TAKE NOTE ALL ORDERS STAY IN PRE TRANSIT ( time varies ) FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AFTER ORDER IS FULFILLED. THIS IS BECAUSE DECK ORDERS SHIP OUT DIRECTLY FROM THE PRINTING COMPANY IN CHINA AND THEY DROP SHIP TO USA WAREHOUSE AND THERE IS WHEN THEY START DELIVERING INDIVIDUALLY. Tarot Readings can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Client will have to book a new session if client is a NO SHOW or client decides to CANCEL appointment. There are NO REFUNDS for readings.
