Marcus is a nationally certified counselor who is working towards his L.P.C.C. licensure. Marcus graduated from Walden University, receiving his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Marcus possesses extensive clinical experience. He specializes in working with adolescents and adults in extensive in-patient stabilization and residential treatment facilities, as well as juvenile detention facilities. Marcus enjoys working with various clients, including teenagers, adults, married couples, and families. He has a wide variety of experience working with clients who struggle with issues such as family conflict, low self-esteem, anger management, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, sexual abuse, self- injury, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

 

Marcus employs a culturally sensitive integrative therapeutic approach. This eclectic approach combines person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral techniques to facilitate the client's adaptation to therapy by tailoring treatment to the client's specific characteristics and needs. Marcus persistently incorporates multicultural concepts into the therapeutic relationship because he believes culture greatly influences how we interrelate with those around us.

Marcus was inspired to join the helping profession after observing the lack of mental health resources in his community. As a social change advocate, He has accepted the responsibility to help change the stigma and public perception of mental illness. Marcus is deeply passionate about building and fostering relationships.

 

Marcus lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he and his wife of 27 years have raised their daughter and five sons. Marcus is an ordained deacon and has a passion to serve those in need. In his leisure, Marcus enjoys spending time with his family, reading, working out, running, bicycling, and participating in volunteer community service projects.

Edna McCants, more popularly known as E.Mae, is a Motivational Speaker, Life Coach, Self-Published Author, and full-time educator. She has been working in the education system for over nine years, encouraging students to make critical decisions about their lifestyle choices that could impact them profoundly in the future stages of their lives.

Edna McCants is the CEO of The Soul Of Me. She believes that everyone needs the motivation to keep going. The life experiences she has experienced allowed her to be the light in people’s lives today—life experiences such as being an adult before her time. Due to being a ward of the state as a child, She is now a degreed, educated, hard-working, trustworthy, independent woman who has climbed and crawled her way out of challenges. Her goal is to motivate women and restore peace and power within women through individualized intentional coaching. Through this, she can provide women with the tools to find self-happiness, persevere, and begin their journey to move forward. She believes that every woman has the internal strength to live beyond what has been statically forecasted for them and their past trauma and experiences. 

KING P.I.B a.k.a THE BIGGEST, is an Entertainer and Executive Producer from Long Island, NY.  As a teenager, KING was a part of his brother Sagotti’s management team; who is also a musical artist. During this time, KING P.I.B has opened up for artists like Juicy J, Rich Homie QUAN, Jadakiss, Dmx, and LouGotCash. 

KING P.I.B spent some time interning for the  Source Magazine where he in on listening sessions for up and coming artists throughout the boroughs of NYC and started directed the hottest music videos and commercial’s for Long Island’s rising talent. His long history with music led him to make his debut as an artist in 2016 when he released his first single “We Up” ft. Long Island’s very own JaeoDraftPick. 

When he’s not recording his own music, he is busy running his clothing company; BRAVEHEART EDITION and two companies, PIB ENT. & KINGCHEEZE, both in which he signs talent in order to make for a bigger picture. Every year, KING P.I.B has one of the hottest festivals in LI, Drew Classics Music Festival; dedicated to his late father. The festival gives the community an opportunity to mingle with others, showcase their talent and gives the kids something to look forward to every year. This year, 2022, the Long Island Music industry magazine did an exclusive “Drew Classics Music Festival” edition, highlighting Long Island’s hottest artist on the cover. His latest and biggest single “No Stopping” received so much positive responses that he had to give the world a “No Stopping” remix with Long Island native Passport General and one of Brooklyn’s rising artists, Billy B.
